Bullying

bullying basically is when a person or a group forces a person to do something against their own wish.This a very huge problem that mostly occurs in schools. when some one is bullying some one there are 4 types of people that are around:-

1. A bully 

2. A target

3. Up stander 

4. Bystander

A bully is basically the person that forces the target to do things he or she doesn't want to do or tease him or her.

A target is the person who gets bullied by the bully and is left hurt for a long time.

An up stander is basically the one who is around when some one is bullying but this person tries to comfort the target and stop the bully.

A bystander is the person who is around during the incident but this person just watches the bully bullying the target without helping anyone. 

for example, Ram starts to make fun of Sham's new hair cut in school Sam and Jenny notice this but only Sam stops Ram and tries to comfort Sham.In this situation ram is the bully, Sham is the target, Jenny is the bystander and Sam is the up stander. 

Was Ram correct to tease Sham?
What would you do if you were in Sham's place?
What would you choose to be, an Up stander or a Bystander? If an Up stander then what would you do to be that?
